Native onset candidates, mixed diphthong restrictions, and the role of coda marks.
Native Onset Clusters
These are native Lithuanian onset-combo candidates for the script. They are useful combinations, not a claim that every possible structural cluster is valid.

Coda Logic
Lithuanian mixed diphthongs use short a, e, i, and u with l, m, n, or r in the same syllable. Long vowels, ogonek vowels, ie, uo, and diphthongs such as ai, au, ei, and ui are not native mixed-diphthong bases for those sonorant codas. s behaves as a regular consonantal coda and can be handled separately.
