Digital typeface purchases

Arx Aciae sells downloadable font files and licences for using those files. A purchase gives access to the selected typeface, scripts, styles, and licence tier shown at checkout.

Checkout and tax

Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. Final taxes, billing address requirements, and available payment methods are calculated in Stripe Checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery

After a successful payment, the purchase is attached to the signed-in account and appears in the Library. If a webhook or storage problem delays delivery, Arx Aciae will repair access rather than create a second purchase.

Final sale

Digital font downloads are final once delivered. Refunds are not offered for completed downloads, but broken files, missing files, or account-access mistakes are support issues and will be corrected.

Licence

A licence covers the selected typeface, scripts, styles, and usage tier shown at checkout. Non-commercial licences are for personal, study, and unpaid work. Commercial licences are for paid work and business use according to the selected employment tier.

Privacy

Arx Aciae stores only the account, purchase, licence, and delivery details needed to provide downloads and support. Payments, billing details, tax calculation, and receipts are handled by Stripe Checkout.
